I didn’t come from Wall Street.
I’m a veteran, a yogi, a mom, and teacher — someone who values structure, discipline, and community.
When I first started learning to trade, I was so overwhelmed — indicators everywhere, hype, ego, and people selling dreams instead of teaching skills.
So I stripped it down.
I studied price behavior. I built a plan. I tested it, refined it, and simplified it.
What came out of that process became the 3x30 — a clear, repeatable framework built for real life.
Trading isn’t about predicting the market.
It’s about understanding it.

Trade Tribe HQ grew out of a simple idea:
Trading shouldn’t feel confusing, lonely, or overwhelming.
The Tribe is a place where people learn how the market actually works, practice a simple plan, and get better over time.
Some members are brand new.
Some have been trading for years.
But everyone shows up with the same goal —
to understand the market and trade with confidence.
